libchatbot-eliza-perl software package provides clone of the classic Eliza program, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libchatbot-eliza-perl
libchatbot-eliza-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libchatbot-eliza-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libchatbot-eliza-perl *
You will get with libchatbot-eliza-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
